MHT Property Management – Text Messaging Terms of Service

By choosing to communicate with MHT Property Management (“MHT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

via SMS/text messaging, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. SMS Messaging Service

● Our SMS/text messaging service is strictly response-based.

● We only send messages in reply to communications that you initiate.

● Messages may include:

● - Responses to inquiries about rental properties, applications, or leasing.

● - Maintenance or repair updates.

● - Vendor coordination.

● - General property management communications.

● We do not send marketing messages, mass texts, or unsolicited communications.

2. Message Frequency

● The number of messages you receive will depend on the nature of your inquiry or

ongoing communication.

● MHT does not guarantee a set frequency of messages.

● Carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

3. Message and Data Rates

● Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s plan.

● Please contact your carrier for details on charges that may apply to you.

4. Privacy

● Your personal information, including your phone number, will be handled in accordance

with our Privacy Policy https://mhtpropertymanagement.co/privacy-policy.

● We will never sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

● You may opt out of receiving text messages from MHT at any time by replying STOP to

any message we send.

● After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message verifying your request has

been processed.

● Once confirmed, no further text messages will be sent unless you reinitiate

communication with us.

7. Liability

● MHT is not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery, or for

● We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our

practices or applicable law.
