We keep it real.
Our passion for property management is rooted in real-life experiences—those of our friends, our families, and even one of our own: Ted Kroner. Ted’s journey reflects why we do what we do. In the late ‘90s, during a time when “slumlords” were sadly the norm, Ted witnessed firsthand the frustration of being a tenant let down by mismanaged properties and broken promises. Even worse, investors often had no trustworthy partners to manage their hard-earned assets with care and vision. Sure, some were great at acquiring property—but that didn’t translate into keeping it profitable or protecting its long-term value.
That experience sparked something deeper in us. We realized it shouldn’t be rocket science to provide reliable, trustworthy service with a human touch. From that realization, a new standard was born—one centered not on transactions, but on people. We made it our mission to build an environment where tenants feel respected, owners feel confident, and everyone receives exceptional customer care.
Today, our team manages over 100 properties and continues to grow. And at the core of it all? A relentless focus on service, community, and doing the job right—because people, not just properties, are our greatest investment.
If you don't take care of your property, it might take care of you. In essence we’re flexible but we will tell you the hard things you need to know too, which includes health and safety standards and matters that you should be educated on to make informed decisions. Keeping it real.
When you work with us, you're getting more than just a company that uses the best tools and technology to rent your property for the most money in the shortest amount of time - you're also getting transparency and real-time communication throughout the entire process, we keep it real so you can relax knowing that every detail is taken care of. The level of involvement that you want, we'll be here for you to do that.
