 We keep it real. Our passion is not only unearthed from real life experience of friends and family, it even includes the personal experience of one of our own employees who gets the job done, Ted Kroner. 

Once upon a time when “slumlords” were prevalent, circa 1999-- the experience was rooted based on Ted witnessing the Inability to trust in the referrals of an investor in the managing of their assets. Having been a displeased tenant himself in the past he concluded that Yes, They were great in acquiring property however not so great in keeping it profitable and proving why they can help purchase more and/or maintain that property. 

We felt this shouldn't be rocket science to achieve, and decided to aim to have it in our blood to provide an ideal environment for them, with exceptional customer service. Thus, the drive was born to center and make our people our best commodity. 

 If you don't take care of your property, it might take care of you. In essence we’re flexible but we will tell you the hard things you need to know too, which includes health and safety standards and matters that you should be educated on to make informed decisions. Keeping it real.
